Alex De Visscher

Alex De Visscher studied law at KU Leuven and fiscal science at the Bruges Business School. He became a lawyer at the Bruges Bar in 1989 and joined Cygnus Advocaten in 1992.
Alex has particular expertise in property and liability. He would be happy to advise you on property mediation, apartment law, rental law and (private and public) construction law. His areas of practice also include contracting law, insurance and liability law, contract law, public procurement and public-private partnerships.
