Bram Baert

Bram Baert studied law at Ghent University. He became a lawyer at the Bruges Bar in 1997 and immediately joined Cygnus Advocaten.

Bram has developed extensive expertise in matters involving corporate law. He frequently supervises corporate acquisitions (stock and asset transactions) and advises on a variety of intellectual property and privacy law related matters. He is a driven contract negotiator who focuses on delivering conclusive agreements. In the event of contract implementation related conflicts, Bram will provide appropriate advice and support you in arbitration and court proceedings. He will also competently assist you with corporate disputes, disputes involving director’s liability or disputes between shareholders.
