Vanessa Ramon

Vanessa Ramon graduated from Ghent University in 1999. Having completed her studies, she went to work as a legal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Antwerp and subsequently as a lawyer at the corresponding law firm Lawfort. She joined Cygnus Advocaten in 2006.

Vanessa has extensive expertise in corporate law and focuses primarily on corporate and association law, which she regularly covers during seminars. She has wide ranging experience in editing and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular (international) agency contracts. She supervises acquisitions and assists shareholders and entrepreneurs with disputes, acting as a driven negotiator and advocate. Vanessa has developed specific competences in assisting the restructuring of NPOs.
