Charline Bulteel

Charline Bulteel initially studied Germanic language and literature and then law at Ghent University. She has been a lawyer at the Bruges Bar and has been working at Cygnus Advocaten since 2007.

Charline is mainly active in social law, with a focus on dismissal disputes, occupational safety and dossiers involving working with (foreign) workers or subcontractors.

Following her particular interest in social criminal law, Charline also attended the cassation procedure in criminal cases course.

Charline teaches at Syntra West and also presents various seminars on liability in the event of industrial accidents. Together with Chris Persyn, she has co-authored the book entitled Arbeidsveiligheid en aansprakelijkheid (Occupational Safety and Liability) (Wolters Kluwer, 2018).
