Mariël Van Vynckt
Mariël Van Vynckt obtained a law degree at Ghent University in 2008. In October of the same year she started working at the Bruges Bar and at Cygnus Advocaten.
Mariël handles matters involving labour, insolvency and social criminal law. She also acts as a bankruptcy trustee. She relies on her in-depth knowledge and expertise of insolvency and social law when assisting with collective dismissals, company closures, acquisitions, bankruptcies and liquidations. Mariël - in conjunction with Rik Crivits - has written several publications dealing with the impact of restructuring on personnel.
